Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit of the total project cost is due upon acceptance of the quote to secure materials, waste disposal, and scheduling.

  • The remaining 50% balance is due within 14 days of project completion.

  • Confirmation via email constitutes acceptance of these terms. Work will commence only after deposit clearance.

  • Late payments may incur a “late fee” equivalent to 10% of the total project cost.

    Project Terms

  • All work will be performed by Cheltenham Building & Landscaping Ltd or approved, supervised subcontractors to ensure quality standards.

  • Costs are based on the final agreed design. Any changes to scope or materials must be documented in writing, with revised pricing agreed before work proceeds.

  • The client must provide all available information on underground utilities (e.g., pipes, cables). Failure to disclose this may invalidate insurance, making the client liable for related damages or delays.

  • Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or unforeseen site conditions (e.g., unstable ground) may extend the project timeline.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs within 21 days of the scheduled start date.

  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email accepted).

Warranties

  • Materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Labour is guaranteed for 12 months against defects, excluding damage from neglect, weather, general wear & tear, or third parties.
